I love this clinic they have really stepped up there game for better service the receptionist Naomi is awesome I really don’t think the case manager working with my Doctor Robert Balthazar is not to friendly I don’t like the way she speaks to you I get along with all staff but idk her so I feel like I can’t talk to her she would not let me speak to my doctor but above all great but when Naomi is not there no one answers the phone the technician works with the Dentist are also not good at what they do talking & looking at the computers for shoes & stuff I will be talking with mangers

I would have to say this has to be the best clinic in the Bronx , the staff was excellent & the clinic it self has to be the cleanest I've ever seen....GREAT WORK!!!
